Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
ELERIA reserves the right to deduct a small processing fee if applicable
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will cover all related shipping costs and arrange a replacement
International Orders
Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange
